ABOUT ME
Thank you for taking the time to view my portfolio. I'm Reena, a qualified UX Designer, based in London.
I am passionate about blending my creativity and commercial awareness to design functional and seamless user-centric experiences, which are deep rooted in research and aligned with business goals to ensure product market fit.
I completed a qualification with Experience Haus in summer 2022 in UX/UI Product Design. Since then I've gone on to develop my design portfolio and experience further.
My skills range from:
- Conducting user research (this includes creating a discussion guide, usability tests and interviews)
- Wire framing and Prototyping
- Ideation
- Stakeholder Management
I love that UX and digital design provides me with variety and challenges for me to grow. I am very curious and driven and I really want to learn so that I can become a brilliant respected UX Designer.
I'm currently seeking new roles and opportunities and keen to work as a UX Designer or Product Designer within a dynamic culture that puts its customers first. I am keen to work in a company where I'm able to grow and develop further.
CASE STUDIES
Kwando is a tech start up in the process of developing a lifestyle app enabling users to organise social meet ups. My role as a UX student was to "Iron out any user needs or pain-points before the first build, as this could be extremely beneficial for a successful launch". I created a new feature for the app using Figma.
I was inspired to solve a problem that was brought to my attention by a friend who uses the JustEat app for his customers to place orders at his restaurant. He would love to share more content on the app. I took this as an opportunity to explore "How Just Eat can allow their restaurant partners to express themselves".
I participated in a group Hackathon in Jan 23. Our brief was to "Propose a digital solution that helps secondary-age learners show the world how they would re-invent school, and how?"
We found that we can leverage some existing platforms that teenagers already use for them to share how they would re-invent school.
